"Rooms clean ,staff lovely specialy man from the kitchen "

"Something has changed and I will not be coming back. They put me in an ADA room with 2 queens when I had reserve a king suite & no answer to the front desk 2 separate times on the phone; was kept up until 3 am from multiple drunk people slamming doors and having a big party; when attempting to nap the following day housekeeping staff was yelling in a foreign language at the top of their lungs for at least 2 hours outside of my room to where I opened the door and asked them to stop yelling so I could sleep - they stopped 5 minutes and Resumed. Again no answer when calling the front desk. The bath was barely large enough to take a bath. I ordered food at restaurants and was charged for room service each time because I chose to take something to go. On departure the front desk said thank you for staying and never once asked how my stay was. It might as well have been a motel and I’ve never been happier to check out. Never coming back"

"I was a bit surprised that there was no hair dryer in the room, and that there was no front desk nor housekeeping staff until 10 a.m., no coffee in the lobby. Otherwise, my stay was great. Check-in staff was super friendly, the room was clean and spacious, and there was easy parking. "

"Everything was clean and comfortable. The breakfast could be improved by having a section that's a free one of maybe just bagels, muffins, etc. while the more complex items like waffles, eggs, meat, etc. can have a cost. We needed to eat and run but it was too expensive to pay the buffet for something simple. I did like the option of getting snacks and pop. "

"The bathroom was not clean. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom. The towels were thrown on the shelf instead of folded. There was cobwebs in the room by the radiator. There was evidence sustained on the sofa, and the blackout curtains were dry rotted, where there was holes going through and you can see the daylight coming in. All of the all of the lights in the room did not work properly."

"The room smelled like oil and smoke. There were stains on the floor and on the furniture as well. The tv was extremely small 24” or 32” it a weird location in the room as well. This was not a great experience for the price. "

"Omg kids were running wild and unattended AND a few days later a kid DROWNED!"
