โBed was really comfortable. Staff very helpful and friendly once slight problem at check in was resolved (Hotel said that the room we had booked was not available and blamed Hotels.com for offering the room when none were available - we pointed out the the Hotel had been emailing us for a month and never mentioned any problem - eventually resolved and not sure but think we were upgraded).
Breakfast was a bit disappointing for a Hotel if this grade far better alternatives close by! Room was...
โBig suite with two balconies and really high ceilings for about $800 a night. I thought it was a great deal. Easy walk to the charming village and its restaurants. Convenient to the baseball park and to Miami proper.โ
โWhen I arrived, it is a beautiful hotel! Housekeeping needs to be more watchful on how they are cleaning the rooms. They cleaned my bathroom but not the bathroom floor. Left hair all over the floor. But beautiful property with fantastic swimming pool. Just it to be more of a fragrance hotel like the renaissance hotel brand.โ

โWe had a great stay!! Thank you for the spacious 2-bedroom and 2- bathroom unit with washer dryer and full appliances in the kitchen. It feels like home and we had a great sleep after sightseeing around Miami. It was quiet at night and a safe area. We definitely recommended! โ
โThe only thing I qualify as completely SHAMEFUL is the โContinentalโ breakfast!!! There was almost nothing to eat. Just Coffee, muffins and yogurts. Where are the pancakes? Milk? Scrambled eggs? Sausages? Orange juice? Fruits? Only one Orange I saw in the basket. It is ridiculous! In others hotels in Miami they offered all that as Continental breakfast. And it was 8.15amโ
โFamily of 10 for birthday celebration, ages from 1 to 51 this house had something for everyone. Backyard setup is next level and beds are very comfortable. Highly recommended.โ
