"there are upstairs rooms and therefore you can hear walking around from above and our room was noisy from the upstairs room. the bathroom is very small. breakfast is continental. parking lot is very tight as well. shower head doesn't adjust and the water will be perfect then get real hot or cold. staff was very friendly and helpful with anything. pillows were not greatest bed pretty firm but plenty of covers"

"The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room itself was clean and we felt the surrounding area was safe and walkable for what we were there for. The room we stayed in had a sofa bed however, there weren’t any sheets or extra blankets available in the room. So that would’ve been helpful seeing as we got in late that night. But overall we were very happy with our stay and would definitely come back. "

Great location and place
"Very comfortable and beautiful place to stay. We were there for a concert at The Hult Center. The location was perfect and great for walking to shops, restaurants and the concert venue. The staff was very friendly and attentive. My only concern was that the wait staff in the hotel restaurant was a little slow and not so friendly. "
