Yes we are very sorry. We are working to fix any problems and damage That had happened. We sure would of moved you thought. US 70 is a noisy HWY. FYI this is the worst time to come to property due to everything is not Blooming and no banana trees or pool. I invite you back and we will help you love it!

Sorry it’s winter time all banana trees are in green house. They don’t live in the winter time. Read up on places you stay and it will tell all about it. The pictures are all correct including all rooms. I took every picture myself. This is a country setting with dirt roads. If you don’t like the country and lake then you should not stay!

I know how a bad start normally ruins the whole visit. We work real hard to keep our rating for this old property. Went and took a look at what you were taking about and there were a few scuffs because of where the rocker hit the wall. We are doing upgrades again this month and the rockers are coming out. Thanks for your input on it. There was paper from inside the vent “from factory” that you were looking at. Maintenence has removed and yes we did credit you back 20 on your bill automatically. We also wrote up the housekeeping on the issue you had there is no excuse for that. Again we are sorry for the experience and we do work hard on your happiness. Please try again and we will make it worth your while!

We are sorry you had a bad experience. The hairdryer is ours I am sure. We do provide them. Also please let me know what unit you were in so I may check the heater. They are new mini splits and they work very well! There may be a issue. Normally We do not do late check ins just for this reason. I will Definitely get with the staff since we do have some new ones. If you would give me a call at ext 204 I would like to offer you a free night to give us a try again!

Thanks for your review. We do take this to heart. I will address the bed not being tight. Also can you explain hard getting into. We walked the property and checked every door and could not find a room that was hard to enter.
