"Nice hotel convenient for ferry crossing "

"The breakfast was really good and varied. The rooms were very comfortable and with a nice view"

"New hotel Opened 1st April 2026 so everything is fresh and new. Helpful friendly staff and a bar/ cafe was useful. The hotel is outside the city centre in a commercial district but because it is so new taxi drivers did not know where it was. They need to get themselves on the map! One other issue was the train stop although very close, 5 mins, it was not easily accessible. A rough path just made by passengers."

"The hotel breakfast was really good. The staff friendly and helpful. My only issue was the distance from Bilbao centre. The taxis were very expensive between €30 and €40 but there is a convenient bus sevice which was only €2.40 one way so we took that in the day but a taxi home at night "

"Staff were there from 1600 to 2300. Room was small. Kitchen had quite limited utensils and no toaster or kettle."
