โExcellent customer service!! Everyone at the hotel are super helpful and supportive. My mom stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, she needed assistance with ordering transportation, bringing her breakfast to the table, opening doors. She has a broken leg and is forced to use a walker. Every person at the hotel helped her with a smile. Beautiful people! Thank you!
I would also like to mention the ease of booking and paying for the hotel. A lot of hotels in the area would not accept remote payments...
โIch habe kรผrzlich ein paar Tage in diesem Hotel verbracht und bin absolut begeistert. Schon beim Check-in wurde ich herzlich empfangen, das Personal war รผberaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, viele Sehenswรผrdigkeiten und Restaurants sind fuรlรคufig erreichbar. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt. Ich komme definitiv wieder und kann das Hotel uneingeschrรคnkt weiterempfehlen!โ
โThe Plaza Hotel is a decent place to stay in Almaty. The rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast is good but not amazing but as itโs a buffet Iโm sure thereโs plenty there to satisfy everyone. Itโs not the most central hotel but the area around is safe and the river makes orientating yourself in the city quite easy. Get Yandex Go the ex-Soviet equivalent of Uber and getting around costs next to nothing and is very quick and efficient. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!...
