“I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room and the entire property were exceptionally clean. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, making it very comfortable. There are also plenty of restaurants, cafés, and supermarkets within walking distance, which was very convenient. The only minor downside is that the hotel is a bit far from the city center. Overall, I had a great experience and would...

“I specifically booked a non-smoking room, but the hotel claimed they had none left and forced us into a smoking room that smelled disgusting. They flat out refused to resolve the issue or provide the room I actually paid for. I ended up with a terrible headache for all 5 nights. Terrible management and awful customer service.”

“Conveniently located to multiple things in the city”

“Please avoid this place they are scamming people! I received a message the same day I was arriving that the place I paid for was given away. I was asked to pay extra to a different place.”

“Terrible condition. Not recommended at all. At check-in, the staff was extremely unfriendly. The next morning, during breakfast hours, the restaurant was not even open. When I asked at the reception, the staff didn’t even look at me and muttered something in his own language, treating me rudely. This was very unpleasant and disrespectful. The local male staff member who was at the reception around 7:00 AM on April 8 should reflect on his behavior. The room was also dirty and very small,...

“Freundlicher und netter Kontakt. Kleine Probleme, z.

“I found a clean and new room”
