“Good thing
So clean, cozy and silent. All facilities were good. There were many good and fancy restaurants, and marts. The park, just next to the apartment was so amazing and beautiful.
I fell in love to Almaty through this apartment.
The manager could speak excellent English that easy to check everything what I need.
Weakness
There is no elevator for 3rd floor. ”
“The Plaza Hotel is a decent place to stay in Almaty. The rooms are clean, well equipped and comfortable. The breakfast is good but not amazing but as it’s a buffet I’m sure there’s plenty there to satisfy everyone. It’s not the most central hotel but the area around is safe and the river makes orientating yourself in the city quite easy. Get Yandex Go the ex-Soviet equivalent of Uber and getting around costs next to nothing and is very quick and efficient. Would I stay here again? Absolutely!...
“Excellent customer service!! Everyone at the hotel are super helpful and supportive. My mom stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, she needed assistance with ordering transportation, bringing her breakfast to the table, opening doors. She has a broken leg and is forced to use a walker. Every person at the hotel helped her with a smile. Beautiful people! Thank you!
I would also like to mention the ease of booking and paying for the hotel. A lot of hotels in the area would not accept remote payments...
“이름은 시티호텔 있지만 사실상 베드 앤 브랙퍼스트. 레스토랑이 없이 편의점 도시락 같은 아침을 줌. 위치는 좋아 보이지만 반지하에 10여 개 정도에 룸이 있는 고시원 스타일. 리셉션 주변에 방은 체크인 체크아웃 하는 소리가 들려서 매우 불편함. 안쪽 방은 장기 체류자들이 많아 보임”
