โExcellent customer service!! Everyone at the hotel are super helpful and supportive. My mom stayed at the hotel for 8 nights, she needed assistance with ordering transportation, bringing her breakfast to the table, opening doors. She has a broken leg and is forced to use a walker. Every person at the hotel helped her with a smile. Beautiful people! Thank you!
I would also like to mention the ease of booking and paying for the hotel. A lot of hotels in the area would not accept remote payments...
โInside the room was clean with ac and water bottles. But the door and the Frame itself wasnโt the most updated. Location was okay with quick walk to the bus route to the airport and main bus station. The breakfast was poor, I noticed the server bringing other plates of food look better than the plate I was given, mine had old brown apple slices and stale brown bread. Maybe the kitchen staff treated me less because I was a person of colour, probably. Front desk was ok and answered my questions. โ
โSmall hotel inside a building. The room is always a little noisy because of the traffic, even at night. Asked me to pay for breakfast but it was included in the reservation.

โI was satisfied with the accommodation due to the cleanness and spacious room size. Meanwhile, the quality of breakfast was very good during my stay. I am willing to stay at this hotel if I come back to Almaty. โ
