You reserved a Twin Room, of which there were none available for early check-in.Early access to a room is completely dependant on how busy it is the night before and what time guests vacate their rooms.Parking cost is comparable to other parking feesin the area and is actually quite competative. Hi Elisabeth,We have passed on your kind review to the team.Appreciate it :)All signs are well situated and very easy to see.Your room key opens the gate, so just drive up to the electronic reader in the carpark and swipe your card. This opens the gate to exit the carpark.Unfortunately we cannot do anything about the size of the ensuites, at least not until the next major referb.Maybe consider reserving an Executive Room on your subsequent visits. A 10 to 15 minute walk to LaTrobe Street.Our location is a huge reason guests choose to stay with us. Sorry it did not work for you.We are constantly making improvements and upgrades to the property, including installing a new lift, which we believe you mentioned on another review website.Installing a brand new lift is big job.
