“In the service industry things can you wrong but it’s how you recover and make the customer 100% satisfied. The weather was very bad when we checked into Cielo. We were warmly greeted with hot coffee and tea before our room was ready. There were a couple of issues with our room as a result of the weather. Nobody’s fault. Hotel Cielo and management addressed the issue immediately and provided us options. The views from their loft are spectacular and I’m sure ona clear day, the views of the Andes...

“Beautiful facilities and setting in Valle de Uco. Located within vineyards about 1.5 km from main road. Grounds maintained immaculately. Rooms all on ground level, and spread out within forest-like landscape. Plethora of birds, including doves, pheasants and numerous South American species. Excellent food quality and service. Allowed to dine at leisure for three hours. Easy access to Salentein Bodega (about 1 km) for tour and wine-tasting. Highly recommend.”
