"This is our second time staying at this hotel. It was pretty new almost 4 years ago. It is now showing ware. The biggest issue was the elevator. Seems like it needs a little bit more repair. And what what floods look for the phone? Oh some of the electrical sockets in our room. A couple of them did not work. Otherwise it was okay."

"Given the wrong room even though I was early, WiFi didn’t work, tv had screen burns, bathroom was disgusting and this place looks absolutely nothing like the pictures at all. I could go on all day, pay an extra 20 bucks to go literally anywhere else. I would t stay at this place again if it was the only option"

"Check in was great. The man behind the desk was very nice and friendly. We had a king suite. There were many cracked tiles in the elevator. When we got to our room it was very dark. The carpets were very stained and dirty looking. The upholstery on the couch was ripped and had stuffing coming out. It and the other chair were so dirty we would not sit on them. The bathroom was clean but the toilet seat was old and yellowed. The shower was good and had plenty of hot water. Dove shampoo and conditioner were provided along with hand and body wash. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows and linens were good. Coffee is good and always provided in the lobby. When we went downstairs in the morning the maid was vaping in the corridor . The trash cans in the hallways and outside the front door were all overflowing.All in all it was a overpriced so so experience. We would not stay there again. Not the usual experience we have had with Holiday Inns."

"Honestly the staff was great but the room is where I had the issues … the tub floor appeared very unclean , as well the fridge was absolutely DISGUSTING!!! that was honestly my biggest issue there is no way that should even be in the room I didn’t even feel comfortable getting ice which is not ok . Breakfast is definitely bare minimum a few bagels, bread and some sausage gravy an waffles only hot items . Overall the staff was great maybe a little more inspecting if possible after they are clean . Please take that fridge out of the room "

"Room was great, staff was very good, nice and pleasant. Only thing I wasn't impressed with was the quality of the food at breakfast especially with how expensive breakfast was. The lady at Starbucks did her job and was very nice. Definitely will stay again."
