"Definitely came of as a ‘rent but the hour’ kind of place. Called ahead as we knew we were going to be a late arrival. Got there close to 11 and the woman at the desk states, it’s going to be a few mins, your room isn’t ready…. She claimed it still needed to be cleaned! Check in was after 4pm, I called in about 830pm to confirm we were getting in late. I asked what would have happened had we shown up at 4 her response was ‘sorry maam, in the only one here and I haven’t cleaned the room yet!’ Horrible!!! I am glad I wasn’t alone because I don’t think I would’ve gotten out of the car. It was not the greatest area and although they’ve slapped a little paint on the walls and new floors in the rooms the place was sketchy and looked straight out of a horror movie. Pot smelly, musty hallways with stained carpets! People coming in and out all night, doors slamming, people yelling…. Never again. Horrible night of sleep. We got up and left by 7am because it was so bad"

"Room had no hot water broken shower tile falling off They had a hockey team there on the whole floor that was partying and they were fights with cops. All four rooms did not have hot water when we showed up one of the rooms had a broken toilet."

"The check in staff was not friendly or greet us upon arrival."

"Breakfast was cooked perfectly. Coffee not too strong not too weak. All the staff we encountered were very polite. Check in was a little had to understand because of the accent. Bar/restaurant closes a 11pm, just as we walked in from a concert. Nothing within walking distance was open at that time to eat."

"The facilities need some updates. The breakfast made my husband and I sick. The electricity went off during March Madness. Would not stay again."
