The room was clean with air conditioning. It is close to the beach and the hotel has designated chairs on the beach. Also there is a pool/patio area with a view of the beach. The condo was across the street from the beach. The beach was not as depicted in the pictures. No private beach access. We had to go up several blocks to the boardwalk for public beach access.
