“From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff were really friendly and the hotel itself is situated in a beautiful town with beautiful surroundings. We had a lovely dinner, with complimentary starter, which was delicious. The room was basic (e.g. no tea/coffee making facilities, simple shower) but was clean and comfortable. Our family enjoyed our stay!”

“Heel vriendelijke ontvangst. Frigo op de kamer had een gigantische ijsblok waardoor die niet goed koelde. Boter bij het ontbijt 3 maanden vervzllen. Verder wel zeer goede logie.”

“All good, good location. Lovely breakfast and easy to park.”

“I made a mistake on the dates when I reserved this room. I actually showed up a week early. The owner said no problem and gave us beautiful room. The building was the former city hall and they have completely remodeled the building into a great hotel. Rooms look brand new, spacious with the nicest attached bathroom that I have ever seen in a hotel. This is a wonderful hotel. You can not go wrong with this hotel! We loved it!”

“Our second stay here. The room is a great size for a family of 4. The breakfast is delicious. The staff are so polite and our teenagers love the games room. Oh and the view isn't bad either”

“This is an amazing little eight room hotel in Vleteren, Belgium. An absolutely charming hostess. Made our reservations at a local restaurant. Gave us advice and history about the area. FREE parking. FREE breakfast, with individually prepared Omelettes. Honesty bar. Very clean and well maintained.”

“We had the suite with its own lovely terrace. The room and bathroom was large, clean and cozy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Poperinge is a small town, but well located in relation to the area's attractions.”

“Très propre, le côté historique rend le tout agréable. Le lit était très confortable. Il aurait été pratique d’avoir accès à un séchoir à cheveux.”

“Het hotel is centraal gelegen met een privé parking. Kan wel zijn dat deze vol staat maar dan zoekt het personeel een extra parkeerplaats (bv. In een garagebox). Kamer was ruim en proper.”

“We got to the hotel early (by train) and had scheduled a tour of the battlefields and museum. We had asked to leave our bags there, and they already had our room ready at 9:00 AM. Very nice.”

“Super skønt hotel og dejlige ejere der var søde og venlige. Super lækker morgenmad. René gode værelser og god seng.”

“Very friendly staff, beautiful building, good restaurant. Although my stay was brief, it was very relaxing”

“Hotel is very nice to stay.”

“This hotel is in an amazing location. Our room was comfortable and clean. The staff were exceptional. We had had a very long day driving in from Caen in horrible weather and delayed due to an accident shutting down the highway. The gentleman at the desk was so kind and friendly. He was able to get us a dinner reservation when everything in town was booked solid. Just spectacular customer service. Also, if you're looking for a great dining experience, 'T Zweerd was excellent.”
