"Room is spacious, upper level people & ppl checking in too noisy coming down the hall. speeders driving around speed bump, hallway carpeting dirty & spotted. No continental breakfast offered for costly rooms. Very little contact with desk person other than 'yes' and 'no'. Was ok just to sleep & shower."

"SECURITY DEPOSIT FRAUD Upon checking in we noticed damage to a lamp and reported it to the owner over the phone (as this is an apartment complex and they rent out apartments so there is no front desk). We sent photos as well. When we left they charged us $100 and notified me they were charging me for the lamp. I replied and showed them the photos that were taken when we checked in as well as myself contacting them and providing that information right away. The aardvark company who does the booking replied their "cleaning team" said there was no damage prior to our check in. I asked for what evidence they had, as well as asking for an itemized invoice of the lamp price. They told me the charges were going to stay, wouldnt provide me with an invoice for proof and said to contact Hotels.com. I am currently disputing the charges but will NEVER stay here again. "

"The rooms were dirty, only minimal supplies, smells like wet dogs, and I wouldn’t stay there again. Barking dogs al the time. "

"Very nice, clean hotel. Rooms were clean and pretty good size. Pool area nice and refreshing! Very responsive to requests. Close to a lot of restaurants."

"We were extremely happy with our room, which was clean and comfortable. All staff was kind, helpful, and courteous! Shout out to Raul, who was Amazing! The grounds/pool were cleaned every morning, but with baseball tournaments in the area it was a difficult task to keep up! No complaints! "

"The hotel needs a serious make over. We stayed there 15 years ago and I think nothing has been upgraded. There were numerous Little League families staying and it was super noisy, even late at night, with kids running the halls. I finally had to get dressed and address the situation. Feels like we should get a refund as we were forced to end our 7 night reservation after 2 nights and go elsewhere. It really disrupted over vacation. "
