On arrival we found out that the WIFI was not working, there were no phones in the rooms, without WIFI and Internet we could not keep in touch with our other members of the party staying at the hotel, and our outside contacts. "No fridge in room. Not clear if bottled water is free -same for chocolate. Partially sighted and no info on how to set the air con/ heater. Small room but huge and comfy bed. Good shower. If breakfast is booked at check in it's £15. So a good price for a great breakfast. Note if you don't book on arrival it is £20 to just turn up and you pay before you eat. Desk staff pleasant but only 3 on check im and check out. Its a big and busy hotel."
