"Check in not clear. We arrived and rang the bell no answer and no mobile number given on the site we booked through but once we contacted the owner they got us sorted quickly and the room was great and the lovely lady who was cleaning was really helpful. Onsite parking which is excellent"

Less than 5 minute walk to the tube station which is on the main jubilee line making it convenient when going to central London. Staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms beds bathrooms are all very nicely set out.
Very nice restaurant and bar if you want to stay in the hotel but there is an abundance of eateries all around the hotel.
There’s a gym and swimming pool but we didn’t use them.
Situated just next door to Paddington station so you can literally get to anywhere from there.
Beautiful walk along the canal and there are eateries on the barges too.
