“Check in not clear. We arrived and rang the bell no answer and no mobile number given on the site we booked through but once we contacted the owner they got us sorted quickly and the room was great and the lovely lady who was cleaning was really helpful. Onsite parking which is excellent”

We stayed in a top-floor triple room at the Croft Court Hotel for the Shabbat of July 11-13. On foot, it's close to plenty of shuls, but not to as many restaurants or shop as some other accommodations. By bike, bus, or car, though, getting around to those shops or restaurants won't be a problem.
The hotel is just a couple of bus stops from Golders Green Station, and another minute or two down the street, so getting there by public transit is quite convenient. HOWEVER,...

One issue is the £5 parking charge on check-out! The system will not let you complete the check-out process until you make the payment. Irrespective if you have paid parking in advance to check-in (HGV parking account with SNAP).”

“It really didn't seem to be proper hotel at first.But when I get into my room. The room was so comfortable and neat! the bed was so good and the bathroom was all set up. It was very cozy and I totally want to book this hotel again If I come to London again. It is located very close to the station , so really easy to find.”
