It was a great option for a night hotel. We went to a concert and stay the night. The only thing is the pool and pool area are small and would not hang out there but that’s just me.

Perfect location. Everything is close by. The rooms are clean. The only exceptions is that the fridge didn't work. The AC looks like is set to one room temperature we couldn't change to a cooler temperature. We really had a great time. We loved the pool. We also had the breakfast options only used twice. Looks like the menu is the same everyday. I'll come back to hotel Casa Blanca.

The staff, especially the bartender on the rooftop patio, were great. Everything was made easy for the group I brought to stay for the whole week. Common spaces were big, clean and have a cool mid-century decor. Easy to hop in/out transportation and access all the incredible sites of the city. Pool is small, but so nice after a hot day of touring. Group was disappointed that hotel didn’t honor the one-time restaurant discount we were told we had. Waiters were confused and no discount was taken off.

Muchas gracias hotel Casa Blanca, todo perfecto desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. Habitacion simpre limpia, servicio de agua fria y caliente , aire acondicionado y calefaccion. Amenidades para nosotros siempre presentes cada dia y la alberca tambien fue muy buena sobre todo porque esta calefaccionada.

The staff was incredibly helpful and I had a nice experience. However, it can be quite noisy till midnight because it is downtown and concerts may happen in the plazas near by. The beds are a bit firm, could be better but not a major issue. Overall, clean, friendly, and in a central location. I would recommend

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. BUT it was completely over-priced! Over $600USD for a night? I made a very bad decision thinking that the rate offered on Expedia was in MXN... which would have been a fair price for the room. Why Pays $600USD for a room like that (except me thinking it was in Mexican pesos)? I made a HUGE mistake booking this on Expedia... especially when I see on the Hotel's web site (now) that the rooms are a small fraction of what I paid.

This is great spot to walk to several areas of CDMX. Close to transit & good coffee & not a Starbucks. But there are loads of them if that’s your coffee preference. Great breakfast at the hotel too. The staff is lovely. Love the little roof top pool for a morning or evening refresher. Quiet at night. Only bad thing for me were the pillows. Too hard. Otherwise I would stay here again .

Staff was very helpful when the sauna in our suite was not working and found another suite to which we were quickly moved to. Though had 2 incidents in which staff was standoffish with my teenage son and denied him stuff they very much had once my husband asked for them one of those being cups. Overall a mixed review. Both positive and negative situations we had to deal with

Great location great food and service at the restaurant, people at the reception need better training on welcome guess equally. Bell personnel select who they help.Beds mattresses very hard, making it difficult to sleep.

Decent hotel but seems like it is in the 1970s. The area is quite noisy due to frequent parades/demonstrations. Breakfast buffet was good and recommend adding it on.

Estoy muy complacida de haberme hospedado en el Hotel Casa Blanca. La propiedad es antigua, pero las habitaciones están totalmente renovadas. Su personal es muy amable, desde las personas de front desk, las camareras, y el equipo que destaca es el de meseros y cocineros. Son extremadamente amables. Les sugiero pagar el buffet de desayuno pues es un desayuno muy completo y delicioso. La ubicación es excelente para quienes quieren caminar de forma segura en CDMX. Hay una pequeña piscina, muy agradable en la azotea. Regresaré siempre que pueda a este hotel, muy recomendado.

Freezing cold in the suite. AC/ heater not working. Complained, and repair was promised next day, but after 4 days still not working. Drain in shower not working, lock on bathroomdoor not working. Complained but nothing happened.

El lugar y personal agradable, sin embargo la alberca no tiene calefacción, por lo que no es recomendable en invierno, ya que tampoco está techado el espacio. Y si requieren un servicio adicional pedirlo desde la llegada, ya que yo solicite uno y jamás llegó.
