This is the worse hotel I have stayed in the last 40 year. Sheets are dirty, no clothes closets, poor quality towels. I would not recommend.

The staff was very kind. As soon as we got to our room there was a cockroach crawling on the floor, so I wouldn't keep my bags in the room which wasn't the biggest deal since we were only staying for a night. However a big reason we booked here was for the breakfast which I wasn't going to eat after seeing bugs in a mostly clean room. There were several little things like the placement of the lamp and we had to move the bed ourselves in order to get it plugged in. The sheets weren't on the bed all the way, one of the blankets had pretty noticeable wear and some holes. At a glance it looked clean but it was quickly noticed it appeared to be a quick half-tried job. You get what you pay for which I understand, but I would definitely say there are better options for the price.

I have never had a bad e oeriemce here in the past but last night was awful. The room was filthy the front dest clerk had to change us rooms. She was the nicest most cooperative lady whoever does housekeeping does a horrible job

If sensitive to airfreshers beware
Staff was friendly. If you have chemical sensitivity and I do instead of a air purifier It seems they use air fresheners and carpet fresh. Front desk is area very cluttered, Stairs were dirty needed vacuumed. Sheets stained, sheets appeared to have not been changed

I booked it to use hot tub and could not use. And the breakfast was not what it was supposed to be wanted waffle

I have sent a message to the manager of the faults found. The toilet would rock when you sit; there were small cockroaches seen by my wife; the hot tub had algae and the jets did not work very good (most did not work).

It was the typical Days inn. The cleaning could have been much better. Found a pair of dirty socks on the floor upon entering the room. The bathroom wall had some kind of spillage down it.

You should've refunded my entire non-stay
Im not happy with THIS particular Days Inn. I booked a 5 night stay (by looking at the pictures) and when i got there with my family...my wife and Son didnt feel comfortable in going up to the room by themselves. So i checked in and led them to the room. I opened the door and the room was dark with not much light, you could smell that someone had smoked in the room, and it smelled like wet dog. So i immediately went down to the desk and told the front desk that we were leaving. She checked us out and didnt say much (like thats happened before). I requested a refund and gave a good explanation why my family left and they only gave me back 3 out of the 5 nights and I also lost my rewards that i used because they didnt refund the total 5 nights. Nonetheless, management or better yet, OWNERSHIP better pay closer attention to their properties that need help or they'll start getting more of these reviews. This makes me not want to entertain staying at another Days Inn.

Front desk woman was very nice, helpful and accommodating. Place needs updating. Bathroom and beds were clean. Inside microwave was clean. Outside dirty. I had to wipe down table, desk and tv stand, bedside table and phone.Cloth was filthy. Breakfast was not impressive. No peanut butter or Jelly for toast. Would not stay again.
