The room was fine besides the stained sheets, dead and alive roaches, and dirty shower curtain. Would've preferred to pay less if it was going to be that gross.

Nice little motel getting upgraded

Owners were very nice, we were returning from a cruise and didn't get flights until the next day. Owner stored our bags while we wandered until check in time, unfortunately they didn't have an early check in policy. The rooms were nice and had been recently renovated. Clean, comfortable, quiet. Definitely a good place to stay, just don't wander the neighbourhood at night.

Good Value for Money

King Motel was clean and in good repair. it was near the bus stop, good for me with no car. Management was helpful and friendly. it was excellent value for money.

Nice little place especially for the price. Clean and comfortable. Staff is very friendly. I will definitely stay here again.

A true gem of a hotel!

I've stayed at a lot of hotels over the last couple of years and the King's Hotel is the very best Mom and Pop, lower cost hotel I have ever stayed in. The owner/manager, Henry, is very proud of his hotel and it shows. The rooms are very clean, the entire hotel is kept up nice and the bathrooms are recently remodeled. What a gem.

Clean, comfortable lodging.

Clean, comfortable. Newly renovated. Friendly staff. Clean bathroom. Comfortable bed. Clean towels. Safe area. Plenty of parking. No complaints. Will definitely stay there again.

Convient location..

The parking & early check in was a breeze, room was clean & Wi-Fi surprising decent! I have no complaints other than as I was leaving I saw a few roaches near the door n was scared they might have crawled into my belongings! I would stay again if I am in the area as it was close to a meeting, but will be sure to go to CVS down the street & pick up bug spray first....

Dangerous place!

Warning!Stay away!We where praying to stay Alive through the night.At 11 pm we heard people screaming and fighting in the rooms and outside on the driveway;then police came and started dealing with them.We stayed inside the room,didn't know what to do.Could not sleep for the whole night where very scared.Bad neighborhood,bad dirty motel.Worst stay ever!Stay away!

Newly renovated rooms, hotel owner is great!

Hotel owner and his wife are very welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are newly renovated and very nice. I had left my daughter's blanket and we called a day later, they had held on to it for us and we picked it up the next day. Very nice people and their staff spoke very highly of them.

Clean room, very practical, big bed, nice restroom

The room was great. What I expected from the price, bc you do get what you pay for. It was a cheap stay and I would stay there again, the staff is okay.. The older gentlemen should probably learn how to service people a little better. The maintaince lady was very nice... Overall I felt safe and money well spent at this location.

Convenient, 20 mins from South Beach

I needed a last min hotel that I could stay in for a few days while I was in Miami. This hotel served it's purpose. It wasn't fancy but it have me a place to sleep when I needed it. I would recommend if you're more interested in sight seeing Miami and not fancy hotels.

Motel eben

Ausreichend für eine Nacht aber man bekommt keinen erholsamen Schlaf da es sehr laut ist. Das Motel liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße und ist sehr hellhörig. Das Zimmer war aber recht groß und sauber. Das Personal war sehr nett. Wifi und Cabel gibt es auch.

Ziemlich alter Schuppen

Zimmer klein, hellhörig, Klimaanlage zu laut! Unebener Boden. Bad abgenutzt und nicht 100% sauber. Umgebung nicht besonders einladend, ärmere Wohngegend.

Nice and pleasant stay in Mimo.

The motel is very clean and the housekeepers are nice ladies. You will stay cool here because the air condition works well. As far as the beds go, they are very comfortable. Having a refrigerator and microwave in the room is a plus. So much lodging these days doesn't have both.

Old Hotel

This hotel is an absolutely no frills hotel. It was conveniently situated around several restaurants and grocery stores. The staff was very kind and helpful. However, the hotel itself was very old and uncomfortable. We had a difficult time using their WIFI and the lack of television channels.

Just a place to stay.

Overall the place was in fair condition and clean but we went to the first room #16, and the door would not lock, good thing I checked it first. Next room toilet lever was broken but repaired while we waited. It was just an overnight stay to catch our cruise so it didn't really matter. Not having a car, the restaurant across the street was a real plus. Would consider another stay for similar situation.
