This hotel is very convenient as it’s located inside the airport. The rooms are ok, nothing fancy but they are reasonably clean, however the elevators and hallway were dirty and smelly. I wouldn’t stay here if my flights weren’t so late. I’d really encourage management to take care of the hotel.

Besides the outdated hallway everything else looks great. Very easy access from the airport. It is on the L (second Level) towards terminal E. No separation at all from the airport. Completely worthy.

I arrived after 9pm on my flight from Denver. The hotel was difficult to find. No one was answering the phone. I finally found it, went to the third floor to my room, and the carpet in the halls was so thick, I had to pull my luggage, a little at a time, leave it to get more luggage. Then do it all over again at 3:45 am for my international flight.

Convient hitel to wait for onward travel. Only complaint is that there is no breakfast restaurant other than Margaritaville. But still i would stay again.

Old, outdated room, dirty carpets, drywall falling apart near baseboards, no food options after hours, bed was ok but the blanket did not fit the bed and my feet were uncovered all night. Convenient location and good shower. OK for one night at most.

Below average but inside the airport was nice. No cups/glasses to drink water. Hair dryer didn’t work. Extremely basic for the price. Have stayed before but only in dire straits!

Check in took forever! Only one person on the desk and took himself off for several minutes. Room 330 next to lift very noisy. WARNING IF YOU GET A NEW PASSPORT YOU MUST GET A NEW ESTA FROM US GOVT. I very nearly missed my flight. Helped enormously by a wheelchair handler at Dublin Airport

My original plans were cancelled airline could only schedule me back to Florida landed at MIA in the am after my flight got delayed 4 times from Houston airport on May 16th due to tornado. Front Desk refuse to give room - lady at front desk didn't even look at my reservation and told me that I was not going to even get a refund after paying $250 for the night - I bought insurance but service is the worst at this place… would never book again or recommend to anybody they don’t care for your safety or if you sleep on the street.

We never stayed there. Impossible to find. When we called the staff answered once but didnt speak English. We called back many times but no one answered. Disputing the charge.

They charge resort fees for a type of Motel 6 room. The room was dirty, outdated, very poor quality. The fitted sheet wouldn't stay on the mattress we kept waking up with it tangled on out feet. Not recommended 😕

Very convenient for a quick overnight stay. Migjt be a little more expensive than other hotels but its worth it for the proximity to gates and security checkpoints.
