We paid for an ocean view room but did not receive one. Other than that, it was mostly fine - a place to sleep, which was good. The beach and pool were lovely.

This Lupus warrior is having a real fit. I had been to the Casablanca 3 years ago. Not a bad stay and clean rooms and pool made me choose it again. Boy was I wrong to do so. Wow i haven't had this happen before in any other location. The room was dirty, roach infested and the air conditioner was not working the filter grate was clogged with dust bunnies. There was mold on rhe bathroom ceiling. The front desk said they could not help me as it was a privately owned room. The concierge was closed and so was the inhouse restaurant. At the dirty pool that had no filtration running, they had a man walking around the pool with a live chicken wearing an ankle monitor covered with a bandana. He was chatting up the kids and walking by everyone carrying his chicken so they could pet him. Glass bottles by the pool and the elderly security team just shuffles around smoking in the non smoking areas. This was truly a disappointment and embarrassing. I went to Miami with the intention of hanging out with my daughter and granddaughter. They had to go back home after the second night due to the roaches. As a person with a very limited budget going elsewhere was not an option and me being a black lady traveling I was honestly afraid and not trying to start any trouble in Florida. And to top it all off they had removed all the balconies but were advertising a balcony accessible room. So my dream of coffee with the sunrising as i sit on a balcony looking at the ocean was not to be. Do better Casa

Needs to stop booking until Complete Remodel

I live at LaGorce and used Casablanca to house friend that I did not have room for - very outdated, poorly maintained, mismatched lobby and room, and overall dingy experience.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom on the Mezz floor. Clean comfortable and it had everything we needed for our stay! The pool was great the ocean was beyond amazing! Walking distance to everything including a park for kids! We really enjoyed our stay knowing our expectations of an older place. Only thing out of place was a lady who slept in the lobby for two days.

The apartment was filthy. There was mold everywhere, the appliances were disgusting, and an unknown red spot was smeared all over the door. There was poop all around the toilet and blow dryer cable. The vents were very dirty and accumulated with dusts from years ago. The Wi-Fi sucks and be prepared there is no reception in this area at all. To top it all off there was an evacuation of the building due to flooding but our floor, the 5th floor, was never evacuated nor did the alarm go off. When I tried reaching out to management numerous times, I got ignored. Would not recommend or return again.

rooms are apartment condos that are privately owned don't be surprised if you get a DUMP our shower did not work receptionist at the front desk had absolutely no clue as to what was going on

EVITE A TODA COSTA - PEOR EXPERIENCIA

La experiencia en este establecimiento fue pésima de principio a fin. El único consejo que puedo dar es: EVITE ESTA PROPIEDAD LIMPIEZA GENERAL Al momento del ingreso la habitación no estaba totalmente limpia. Había polvo en la habitación, las cortinas tenían manchas de suciedad y telas de arañas. El piso estaba sucio y con dos cucarachas. En el baño, las toallas tenían pelos de huéspedes anteriores. Las sábanas tenían una apariencia dudosa en cuanto a limpieza. Las ventanas no han sido limpiadas en por lo menos una década. ESTADO DE LAS INSTALACIONES Las instalaciones estaban en pésimo estado, sucias y había mal olor. No tuvimos WIFI durante dos días, no hubo respuesta para solucionarlo. ATENCIÓN DEL ARRENDANTE
 Pésima en todo sentido. Para contactarlos, nos dieron un link de WhatsApp. Cuando escribimos (educadamente) para solicitar el cambio de toallas y sábanas, no contestaron y nos eliminaron del grupo de WhatsApp. Después de varios correos solicitando el cambio, lo hicieron varios días tarde. La caja fuerte no funcionaba y se quedaron nuestras cosas adentro por varios días, escribimos por correo repetidamente sin obtener respuesta. Es gravísimo que el arrendante no conteste ya que la administración del edificio no se hace responsable de nada. El huésped está totalmente desamparado ante situaciones muy incómodas.

I stayed at Casablanca for 2 weeks in a studio on the 5th floor. It is very convenient, you have the swimming pool and the exit to the beach. I love it; also restaurants around , it is beginning to open the restaurant at the hotel lobby. so i truly enjoyed the time in Miami Beach , public-transportation is free until june1, 2021. We rented a car though.

El hotel tiene muchos años, no está bien mantenido, por ejemplo la ducha de la piscina no funciona bien. A la entrada del hotel había gente fumando marihuana. No es recomendable para familias.

The room was pretty decent overall with the exception of the roaches on the first night. I bought some Raid, so that controlled them for the rest of the stay. Definitely wasn’t used to that, but I wasn’t going to let it ruin my Mother’s Day weekend with my kids. We had to go buy wash rags and towels because there were only a set for 2 people. We had 5 people. The front desk does not accommodate anything. It’s up to the owner. The owner was very communicative through WhatsApp. Nice view from the balcony. The pool and beach is nice. This is not a bad place to stay. But preparation is everything...

There were soooo many cockroaches and spiders everywhere. Bath stub was stained, big whole on the ceiling by the front door. The whole ceiling was water damaged and falling apart. Very dirty stained and unsanitary place.
