"Great place"

"The property alone was great not one problem and very spacious the STAFF was BEYOND great welcoming and nice !! The shuttle service to the port a little confusion and could start some problems between you and others because it’s over booked so you could pre book but theirs a lobby full of people waiting and expecting to go because they sit their in the lobby and wait and people who prebook come at the time their told which makes it look like you are cutting we made it on time though"

"Gave us the wrong key twice . Someone did not check out properly when we try to get in unit. Checkout policy was not so flexible. The unit had some dirty towels and strange smell.swimming pool floor was dirty with bird poop and pool had dead flies. "

"No housekeeping, dirty floors, non-existent bed sheets, terrible mattress and pillows, charged us for minibar consumption that we did NOT consume. Absolutely terrible, and definitely NOT a five star hotel. "
