"Pool as closed and no notice or even being told upon check in. We found out when we went to swim. Breakfast was good, lady was extremely friendly. Overall clean but our bathroom needed a good scrub down it had a lot of mold and mildew. Asked for linens for pull out on second night stay as they didn't provide anything for the pull out bed. Conditioner, body wash, and lotion bottles in the bathroom were empty. Hand soap and shampoo had minimal amounts. Not a terrible stay but not what I expected for our birthday trip for our daughter. "

"Bugs in room. Not a very clean room for a presidential suite. Also it felt very "old" with the furniture that was in the room. Suite was big but it felt small with the placement of items in the room. The kitchen area is also small, should have been bigger. Felt like they put the room together the night before with the worst rush job. It wasn't clean. Hot tub was alright. "

"The room was clean and check-in was okay, but the staff were not especially friendly. There was some water sitting on the counter that appeared to be for certain guests or members, but it was taken away and not offered to us. Not a big issue, just something I noticed. The biggest downside was the noise. The hotel is very close to a major interstate, and construction near the room woke us up early in the morning. Overall, the stay was fine and some of the noise issues were not really the hotel’s fault, but I would not book a hotel this close to a major roadway again."

"Well as far as the kitchen goes yeah there's a sink in the fridge and a stove no silverware no pots no pans nothing to cook with first night I got there I checked in asked me if I wanted first floor or third floor I recently bruised both my kneecaps so I said of course first floor my son pulls up as I'm checking in we go out to dinner come back there's a note on my car that says we need to change your room come to the front desk well there's nobody at the desk so you have to call the phone number and find out what's going on so they move me up to the third floor I walk in and yeah it's nice room couldn't even take a shower because the shower knob is stuck halfway between faucet and shower so you couldn't take a bath or take a shower so they moved me down to the first floor to a room that kind of smelled funny and overall the staff was just kind of standoffish no professionalism no uniform nothing just plain clothes pajamas sweats whatever the f*** they felt like wearing the only nice person who actually had a personality was the night clerk Andrea she was very helpful and you can tell the stress is wearing on her at that place for what they're charging yeah not worth it don't waste your money"
