"The whole site is very quiet, which I really loved. It feels safe and is perfect for families. The caravan was clean and a good size for a family of four. The extractor fan wasn’t working, but we still managed fine and could get rid of the cooking smells (while cooking) by airing the caravan. My only criticism would be the beach. "The room (shepherds hut) was great just the right size for two of us and the hot tub was huge. We didn’t need to ask for anything but saw the staff at the other huts and lodges cleaning etc, always very chatty when we saw them. Location was a little bit difficult to find but once there we were fine. Very close to Elan Valley and we had a view of one of the dams from out hut which was beautiful. "Loved this place, a small guest house directly on the promenade along the beach front, and in my case with a room overlooking the promenade with a beautiful view of the sea front. Very nice and helpful staff (Sam) asnd a nice small (cafe) and small gift shop. Really lovely place. The room was small for two, with two beds, and a little difficult to negotiate, and the room amenities were very basic. But the place is so nice overall and the location so great, I rate the place 4/5 for what it is (small guesthouse, not an upscale or modern hotel), even though there were drawbacks, I'd certainly stay there again."
