“This property is very well managed, and maintained. The location is nestled on top of a hill with a terrific view of the landscape, and the ocean. My room was very clean, and bathroom well stocked. Natallie and Natalia were very helpful, kind, courteous, professional, so accommodating. They treated me like family. “On the plus side, the location is excellent, the breakfast was nice, the view from the room was great, the room was adequate. On the negative side, the check-in time was 3 pm, we were told the room wasn't ready, at 3-30 pm we had to push them to give us our room. There was no shampoo in the bathroom, and this was the first hotel I have been to in ages where no shampoo is provided. Bedside desks, a standard feature in most hotels, were not available.
