Room was spacious and clean. But shower had a broken valve. Breakfast was good, but the restaurant has not enough tables and chairs. We took breakfast to our room. Check in was slow but check out was fast.

Staff were very welcoming and easy to talk to. We were upgraded to a bigger room which we enjoyed very much. The room was very large, the bathroom was big and had tons of counter space and it was quiet. We had excellent WiFi and TV and the free breakfast in the morning was very welcome.

The hotel is well located in Midland close to the hospital. The room was clean however it’s an older hotel and therefore everything is outdated including the bathroom. The tv was 14 years old and only had basic cable channels. No casting abilities so I had to go to staples and buy an hdmi cable to watch content from my phone. Breakfast was good with several things to choose from.

This is a very clean property with exceptionally helpful and friendly staff. Check-in was fast and seamless. The room was spacious, with vinyl floors and a powerful, quiet AC unit. It is in a perfect location, close to a major plaza filled with shops and restaurants. The hotel serves a nice breakfast from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM to start your day, and complimentary coffee is available in the lobby 24/7. There is also a small, well-maintained pool. I highly recommend staying here!

No complaints about our stay this past weekend! Rooms were clean. Check in was seamless. Breakfast was delicious and heated foods were very warm. Great location. Would stay again. Only downfall was that hot tub was being repaired. No biggie as the pool was good.

Convenient location with shops and restaurants nearby, 2.5 km to the downtown, 4.7 km to Penetanguishene, and 20 km to Awenda provincial park. Breakfast was very good, they also provide free coffee during the day. The room was spacious, the beds are comfortable. I should also note the nice staff. We didn't use other facilities like gym and pool. I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in this area. Awenda provincial park is also worth visiting.

Expensive. Breakfast adequate. Rooms clean. Beddings minimum. Sound insulation between rooms inadequate. Washroom dated, toilets lowest to be found. No plugg-ins for smart phones or laptops. Location good and relatively quiet, Good parking. Overall below Wyndham Hotel level. Suggestion:Lose the alarm clock for a USB charging block would be more helpful.

Overall fairly clean, although could use some renovations. Seems like this hotel has not been updated since 2005. TV remote was broken and had batteries falling out, but was useable. Pool was open, but the hot tub was closed due to health Ontario which seems quite grim. Breakfast wasn't bad and complimentary.
