“Fantastic property right by the Tyenna River. Our family of 4 enjoyed using the it as a base to explore the surrounding areas. The river was a big hit with the kids trying their luck at fishing. The cottage was clean, warm and comfortable. Thank you for sharing this special spot with us, we loved our stay.”

“A great choice of where to stay in Strahan as it is walkable to the Gordon River Cruise port, dining options and right across the Street from the IGA and pharmacy. Comfortable lodgings, very amiable hosts, and a lovely selection of teas. Good bed with an electric under blanket which was very helpful being the dead of winter. The fireplace and heater in the bathroom were added pluses.”

“We read the reviews and were intrigued. We stayed in winter, and it is cold in Bothwell. It would have been much more inviting if the hosts had the heater running prior to our arrival, but once the property warmed up after a few minutes the shock of how cold it was faded away. We stayed in the 1837 cottage. The accommodation is rustic, eclectically furnished and decorated, and gives an appreciation of life in times gone by. If you are after elegant, refined and well finished accommodation...
