Allerdings ist der Weg zum Wellness unzureichend ausgeschrieben, man irrt durch die Gänge. Das Zimmer war zwar veraltet eingerichtet, aber sehr sauber. Das einzige was gestört hat, dass das Bett bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt hat und der kalte Rauch aus dem Mitarbeiterzimmer nebenan in unser Zimmer zog. "

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Although its outside of the city, there are several small towns near by. "Absolutely lovely stay at Altstadthotel in Innsbruck. Probably one of the best hotels I've stayed at for customer service, the staff were absolutely fantastic and made the stay a joy. There was some street noise in night so I'd probably recommend a room towards the back of the hotel if you can but otherwise, I'm struggling to find fault with the rest of the hotel. Can't wait to visit again for longer."
