We only had 4 days in New York and loved the closeness to just about everything including Times Square and the quietness of the hotel. Didn’t know they have a driver service for hire to go to airport until I was told upon arrival at the hotel. We used that service and it cost us 1/2 the amount we paid to uber from the airport.

Had a wonderful stay at Riu Hotel Manhattan! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a great/convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the views were fantastic. Overall, a great experience and I’d happily stay here again!

The hotel was great! We are a family of 5 and in NYC most places wanted us to book 2 rooms. I found RIU and the price was awesome. When we arrived the staff was professional and all of them were genuinely thankful we chose to stay there. The hotel was very clean. There was a woman cleaning the lobby every time we stepped foot in it. The hotel looked super fancy as my tween girls said! Our room was great and we would stay here again! Thank you RIU staff and Expedia.
