โVery nice hotel and great location, but not properly staffed for a full house weekendโฆbreakfast had only one attendant who tried her best to keep up, but everything was always running on empty. There were also little things missing in room like no Kleenexes or coffee cups. Blinds should come with instructions as a very busy front desk person had to come to our room to show us how to operate, and even he had troubleโฆ.there were buttons way across the room that you would have never guessed went...
โAll around the #1 most excellent hotel experience ive ever encountered in my lifetime, from the concierge,amenities, location,view from room,pool, on site, self service laundry / they also offer laundry services as in dry cleaning etc. & exercise facilities,breakfast & every single staff member:) & just the room itself....great ,great job!!! to each & every single one of you!!! โFirst, I did NOT stay here. I booked this hotel because Expedia advertised that it had a pool and hot tub. When I arrived, the pool and hot tub were closed and had been closed for what seemed like awhile. I just wanted to leave a review in case anyone else takes amenities into account. The front desk was really nice and let me cancel my reservation. They didnโt give me a hassle at all and were understanding. โ
โThe floor in the room was filthy, ESPECIALLY in the bathroom. It looked loke urine all over the bathroom floor. Walls were also dirty. You need to paint every couple years.
Beds were good and check-in was quick.
I didn't expect a 5-star hotel, but I do expect it to be clean and sanitary.โ

The facility is a bit old, but it has cleanliness and condition. It's okay to stay during the trip.

โIโve stayed here three or four times now on my travels through Ohio and the staff ALWAYS goes out of their way to accommodate me . They are friendly and the rooms are comfy and affordable for passing through. Highly recommend on your travels! โ
