“The check IN took a little longer than expected, had to ring a door bell at the front desk, a sign stated that they stepped away to assist another department. Took about 10 minutes before they reappeared. Once they got started the check-in process went well. on the way to the elevator, a family just got out of the pool, the hallway and elevator was full of water. No wet floor signs to be found. The room was clean. The bed was excellent. Good shower as well. The breakfast was hot but limited....

“This hotel is a ok to use for a day or two. Out of two rooms one had a bad remote for tv the room had a little musky smell and the bed was broken and ac was rattling but put out cold air. But overall the hotel is not bad staff was great to us very close to stores”

“Room was very clean, a bit old and dated, the outside property was much more run down. The Air conditioning unit was very loud, bed were average. Breakfast wasn't much but average. For the money this stay was what I expected.”

“We had a great stay overall. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service throughout our visit. The breakfast had a great variety of options and was well stocked. We also used the laundry room, which was clean and convenient. It has two washers and two dryers, and it worked well for our needs. The only downside was the room key cards. It often took several tries to unlock both the guest room door and the laundry room door. We noticed other guests experiencing the same issue....

“please DO NOT STAY there,!!there was no ice,microwave,phone,coffee pot,the towels had holes and the bed sheets were stained....the check in was as bad as the room..very rude. the toilet leaked every time you flushed it, and they only put towels on the floor. the staff knew about it and put us in the room. NO REFUND!”

“The Staybridge property itself was nice, but there was a strong sewage odor throughout the front lobby and common areas during our stay. The only exception was during breakfast (6:00–9:00am), when the aroma of the food masked the smell. I was also disappointed by the very limited gluten-free and vegetarian breakfast options.
