"The Gulf view was absolutely amazing, however the rooms need to be updated. There was a strong smell of marijuana in the hallway and a ton of children in the hot tub. I'd say this place is better suited for families than couples. Our AC was extremely loud and our cards didn't work when attempting to enter the 2nd building. Which isn't a huge deal but definitely an inconvenience. "

"What I loved most were the pillows and the cleanliness. The breakfast could use a bit more variety—bacon was missing. Aside from that, everything was excellent. Oh, and you really need to install a detergent dispenser so guests can purchase detergent in the laundry room! The staff was excellent!! Just a few minor suggestions—nothing major—and a reminder for guests not to smoke, because the smoke from what they’re smoking drifts right into the room!"

"The property seemed overall clean and well maintained! Unlike most hotels, you do have to pay for breakfast. 18.99 per person. The restaurant inside of the hotel was very underwhelming, and over priced. To my surprise, they even threw in a gratuity for a to go order. "

"Front desk staff was exceptional. I was able to get checked in quickly and get back to fun. Breakfast was good and had great variety. Room was clean and i had everything i needed. "

"Beach view was amazing! Staff were great and helpful! Room was clean & beds were comfortable! Shower could of had better water pressure but that is my only complaint. Otherwise, the hotel had everything there on site. The pizza in the restaurant was very tasty! I liked having an indoor and an outdoor pool and the ping pong table in the pool room. They also had outdoor jenga and connect four for the kids to play. There is beach access on site as well so we didn't need to leave much. Would definitely come back and stay here again!"

"So welcoming. We flew in early (got to the Waterscape around noon) and even though check in time was 4pm they allowed us to leave our bags at the front desk area and gave us our wristbands so that we could enjoy the amenities while we waited. We loved staying there. Kids said they had the best time."
