We loved the space available for a family of 5. Our 2 yo was able to sleep in the trundle, closer to the ground. There was ample amount of space for the family to roam in the room AND restroom. We wish we could have spent more time to roam around the hotel and use the pool. We will definitely be back again!

Breakfast was great and the team there was very polite. I was even eating breakfast in the dining room around the time they were closing the buffet. And i was asked if i wanted to grab anything else prior to the closing , which i really appreciated and was pleasantly surprised. The suites were larger than normal and very comfortable!

Positive things about our stay were that the room was lovely and the pool, gym and breakfast were sufficiently good. Our biggest complaint was that the hotel felt very understaffed. We called the front desk a few times from our room and nobody picked up. When we went downstairs and asked for an extra town in the evening we were told by the front desk person that there was not one clean bath towel in the hotel and that we could check back in in the morning. Also the elevator was painfully slow.
