Super family friendly and amazing staff which is likely why it was SO BUSY. The pools being close back to back due to it needing to be cleaned was a little annoying but they did offer an extension to their hours because of it. Overall worth the money

We stayed for an overnight on our way home from a trip, while wanting to stop at the MOA, and even though we didn't use the water park here it was still quiet and comfortable (we were on the 8th floor). The food options were nice but Dunkin Donuts was a letdown. There were no munchkins even though the hotel app said they would be available. Plus you have to use the app or the kiosk even though there is someone there at the counter. But the room was good, ac worked great, and there were plenty of carts to carry your stuff up to the room. Parking was a bit much at $20/night but unfortunately that's expected in areas like this.

My son had a great time in the water park and the staff was excellent. The food was good with lots of family friendly activities and with the Mall of America so close there's even more opportunities for family fun. My only complaints were a very uncomfortable bed that was one of the worst I have ever slept on and the fact that everything is so expensive to the point our family ate at MOA most of the time because it was less expensive.

We needed to ask for garbage bags (to empty our own garbage) and fresh towels. We understand the hotel was very busy (Easter weekend) but having our room attended to once would have been nice.

The activities are more for kids but adultes can have fun too. The Room are clean and confortable. They are a bit old. The bath was a little big broken and the wall un the bathroom also a little bit. Staff was really nice. For kids, there are a tons of activities for Them. Really cool hôtel.

We had a great time on our spring break with grandkids. Staff were excellent. You can access the pool when it opens before check in on day of arrival. Lazy River including wave pool & water slides were great. Very close to MOA —so one evening we ate there at food court & went on rides there too. Arcade at GWL was also fun & dance nights in lobby were great for kids & bubble machines. Such a great time. On check out day—you can use pool & activities after checkout to closing. Kids were worn out by early afternoon & slept on way home. So much fun!!!

The double room is a joke, it would easily pass as a double queen bed room with a partition with mini bank beds. It’s not worth it. Better get a double queen bed room. Overall rooms are less that most hotels with the same amenities. Unless you are just paying for the waterpark. Not impressed.

I was concerned about parking since I heard last year there was an issue but it seemed okay. The staff honestly were really awesome well the ones I interacted with anyway the cleaning staff. The side lamps did not work I was hoping they would since I have really bad eyesight. I was hoping to check out with the front desk so I could get my last bill but the line was horrible and they were really short staffed that was disappointing .The one person I interacted with so I could ask the question was kind of I really, don't know how to put it not rude but not as friendly. But my grandkids had Fun I guess that's what all that counts.
