"When we arrived we were told the building was no longer the Grand Inn and that it was for workers only and there were no rooms available. It was the address given when I booked online and was told it was no longer a Grand Inn. We had to find another hotel for our 4 days in Moorhead. It was a disappointing experience to say the least. I would like a refund as I believe my card was charged. I was told it used to be a Grand Inn, but it didn't look like the picture in the ad either. Upon entering, it would not have been an acceptable place -- dirty, noisy, not for a typical tourist at all."
