Staff were friendly and attentive.
Breakfast was excellent, and if you are heading out for walks, they can provide a packed lunch if you order the day before.
There must have been at least 5 extremely wellbeahaved dogs at the hotel that were owned by guests, its a super dog friendly place. There are towels to dry off the dogs and also a sink outside undercover with warm water tap to clean the dogs if needed.โ
โA very personal service. Friendly and going h extra mile to help. Home made breakfast to order was delicious x will definately return. Perfect location too walking distance to town centre and next to park and lake โ
โLovely hotel. Staff obviously care - reception, cleaners, bar tenders, team of waiting staff - all very friendly and efficient. Junior suite is just amazing. Lovely old bay window. Lovely views of garden and hills. Breakfast and evening meals were fantastic (and Iโm very picky as a nutritionist). Very relaxing overall because it felt like everything was taken care of. Weโll be back.โ

โLovely room and great location for all things Keswickian. Friendly staff and good breakfast. We sampled the bar menu and this was also up to scratch, with reasonable prices and good beer to match.

โA great spot for our weekend in the lakes. Staying in the self catering cottage it was clean and tidy and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Great value for money. โ
