"Our suite was very well equipped, and very comfortable. Well worth the small extra cost. Also, there’s an elevator in the suites building, and none in the 2-storey building that houses the regular rooms. The area is quieter than we expected, which was nice. There’s a lot within easy walking distance too. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. We’ll definitely stay here again. Only one note: there’s a steep hill from the parking lot to the lobby. If that’s a problem for you, I’d let them know in advance. There is limited parking at the very top, outside the door. "
"Super impressive customer service. They texted me saying our room was unavailable due to scheduling errors, and upgraded our rooms big time! Very thankful for service. "
"The room was nice and comfy. i love this place when we come for cheer competitions. It’s our favorite to stay at. We love that voodoo donuts is close. Overall, its a good hotel to stay in portland."
