"If I were you , I wouldn’t stay here at all. The staff is super nice & friendly. But my brand new Diamond earrings got stolen by one of the house keeping lady’s. Yes it was my fault because I should not have left them out , but I definitely wasn’t thinking they would get stolen…. I was so sad!!! Also the rooms were that clean."

"If you want to clean you room then you have to wait every other day appointment to get cleaned. That was terrible. The shower is terrible you have to accept cold water or hot but very weak flow. Sink is clogged you have to fix it. Towels you have to inform them and they expect you to take the towel to the room."

"Stayed for a night. My fiancé and I were attending a concert and booked a room here. The staff were very helpful when checking in. They communicated with me everything that I needed to know. They were very friendly. The room was clean and really nice. It was a very comfortable stay. I would recommend and stay here again next time I’m in San Diego."

"We arrived super early as we got back to port at 8am in Long Beach. We headed to San Diego to spend the day and night. We arrived at the hotel at approximately 1030 in the morning and I asked if it would be possible to check in and if so how early could we check in. The young lady at the counter was so helpful and went ahead and checked us in at that time. I asked her if she had any suggestions on things to do and she pulled out a map of the hotel area and the area around the hotel. Not only did she tell us what and where to go she actually took the time to write on both maps what and where to go and some of the history. Only thing I wish is I could remember her name so I could mention it and thank her again for being so kind and caring."
