"I mistakenly booked a room with accessibility. I did not find this room well-maintained and it wasn’t appealing. I requested to move to another room without accessibility. The staff was understanding. My new room was a lot better - well maintained and I felt very comfortable. However, both rooms did not have body lotion and the shampoo and conditioner were just ok. I had two breakfasts and it was good that they are a little different from each other, e.g. scrambled eggs on one day and egg and ham omelette the next day. They also provided different nuts for the oatmeal and there were a lot of fruits. I also just wished they have a water bottle refill station."
