Holiday Inn Express & Suites Toronto Airport West by IHG

"We stayed at the Holiday Inn at the airport to avoid another costly night downtown as we were flying home the next day. Front desk person was excellent, check in was quick. Room was very modern, clean, bed was comfortable, shower was good. I went for a swim and a hot tub before getting on the plane, these were basic but satisfactory. Continental breakfast was above average. But my favourite thing about the stay was the shuttle. I have stayed at many hotels near Pearson and most of the ones I have stayed at share their shuttle with other properties, this one appears to have its own van. Also we heard the driver get a call while we were loading up and he told them which pillar to go to (in the shuttle waiting area at Pearson) and said he would be there in 15-20 (judging by when he dropped us off, it was closer to 15). The ability to speak with the driver and not have to wait an hour to be picked up is very nice. I would stay here again."

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Additionally, there’s a little sitting area in the lobby that’s nice if you are staying with someone other than family and want to have a bit of privacy for a phone or something. One of the sliding shower doors was broken but given there were 2, it wasn’t a huge issue. The desk was very responsive and helpful when contacted. Good location and value."
