"They did not clean or make our beds everyday despite me making sure they were cleared off and there was a really smelly fridge and substance when we checked in spilled in the cabinet. Maintenance took care of changing fridge and wiping the substance. Other than that maybe consider dehumidifier in rooms it always feels wet. Our favorite thing was big Mike the security guy always looking out being friendly greeting us we always remember him when we stay every year for cruisin! Is he a security guard?"

"Stayed for cruisin the coast. Was a little pricey during that week but still worth every penny in our opinion. It rained our first full day at the resort but the staff was kind enough to let us use the pool and even the water slides in the midst of the rain. Top tier service right there. I never caught his name but there was a maintenance crew member who went out of his was to learn our names, ask how everything was and just be all around curtious. 9 outta 10 cause breakfast had to be paid for but will definitely be back next year for the cruisin the coast week."

"The telephone in the room never worked. They were having issues throughout the building. They were renovating while we were there. Our room was clean and comfortable. Patrick’s cafe had awesome breakfasts, especially the blueberry pancakes."

"Only stayed one night. The beds were comfortable. The room was clean and amenities were plenty. The decor of the room was very stark/cold looking. Different from the last time I stayed many years ago. Celebrity Grill was good. Pastries are insane! Will definitely be back. 👍"

"Property was nice but the upgrade was not that impressive. Made the mistake and got room service and was very expensive and food was terrible. $80 for 2 sandwiches, lesson learned"
