"You cannot adjust the temperature in your room. They say you can let the front desk know and they will adjust the thermostat. A man came up and gave us a fan. As a woman going through menopause I would have stayed somewhere else if I would have known I couldn’t control my room temperature. Otherwise the experience was fine. The staff was great. "

It was also dirty and smelled like stale cigarettes. My room key stopped working after 1 day, the toilet clogged with nothing in it, the shower drain was backed up, and housekeeping didn’t come once in 3 days, not even to make the bed or take out the trash. Also, I was in a room on the first floor that had two doors and the safety latches on both doors were loose, like they’d been broken through. "

"I had a terrible experience. I checked in and I went to my room and there was somebody in there and they screamed at me. There was food everywhere clearly they have been there for quite some time. I was staying in a hotel to hide from my abusive partner, and that was the last thing I needed. I went to my truck. And I couldn’t bring myself to go back in there. I tried to contact the third-party which I booked with and they didn’t help me and the hotel never responded to my emails, phone calls or message. I didn’t even end up staying there and I wasted over $200 on nothing. "
