Amazing Stay!

Amazing meals. Dinner was outstanding, and reasonably priced! Breakfast buffet was excellent with so many choices. Will surely return to the BOSTON Plaza Hotel!

This is a mixed of smoking and non-smoking hotel. At first, our non-smoking room smelled very strong of cigarettes smoke when the A/AC was turned on, but the receptionist was very nice and moved us to a different room that smelled better. I think the smoke was just inside the air condition system, so if you’re sensitive make sure to select the non-smoking room, although didn’t guarantee that it will be free of smell. Other than the smell everything is great. Right in front of the train station, great amenities. They give you bath salt, PJs, fridge, pants ironing board, there’s Lawson in the building. Theres is also a shopping mall and large supermarket nearby.

フロントスタッフが親切で迅速だった。部屋のテレビのリモコンが不調だったが、直ぐに代替品を持ってきてくださり、使い心地をその場で確認してくださった。

駅改札出て1〜2分。 トイレ、バス別で綺麗。 設備きれい良好 お水はもちろんお茶ペットボトル、クラッカーのサービス。 アメニティも充実。 お掃除の方も挨拶笑顔、エレベーター一緒になったら大変申し訳ないとお詫びをされる。 朝食は美味しくバラエティに準備。滋賀の名産も沢山。アイスクリームに妻大感激でした。 おすすめします!

一年前にも宿泊したのですが、部屋が改装されていて清潔感がありとても綺麗でした。ただ部屋が若干狭いので床にスーツケースを広げることが難しいのが残念。朝食を付けたのですがとても種類豊富で楽しく美味しく頂けました。
