โWe could not be happier with our stay and the service we received. We stayed in a deluxe double room with balcony which I picked because I was in Istanbul for surgery and knew I would spend a lot of time in the room, so the balcony gave some much needed extra space and added a bit of luxury too.
I needed ice after having surgery and the staff brought me ice a couple of times a day, they were so sweet and helpful.
The room was clean, had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable....

The price is just right for a single room. The hotel employees are very nice and super helpful!!

โEasily the best hotel I have stayed at in Istanbul. If I could give it 1,000 stars, I would. We actually booked there a second time during the same trip (even though we had other arrangements) because we were so happy during our first stay. It was a perfect accomodation.
Even though I checked in late at night becase my flight was delayed, the front desk staff responded kindly.
The room was upgraded, so I was able to stay in a large room. I'm satisfied thsy the location is close to the downtown area.
