Initially they insisted I didn't have a reservation there till I showed them it was on expedia which then they checked expedia and it was of course there. I had requested a non-smoking room and they gave me a smoking room, I do not smoke so when I realized that I was very disappointed but I already had all my stuff unloaded into the room and I didn't want to talk to the lady again either because she seemed to not like me. The TV had no working remote, the phone was very old and didn't look like it would work but I don't think I checked. The room smelled like cigarettes what a shocker. They did provide coffee in the mornings in the lobby so that was a nice thing and the male lobby attendant was very nice.
