"the stay was absolutely amazing would definitely recommend. the staff goes above & beyond for guest. traveling was super easy, having the train station literally right at the corner, which was a plus being our first time in Paris. so many places to walk & eat. my girlfriends phone fell underneath the bed & gas to be manually taken apart to get to it; the staff was on top of this issue & retrieved it for us. "The location is the best selling point, close to the Louvre, shopping and cafes. The staff went above and beyond, let us check in early and even helped us hail a cab. We had the 1st floor room with the privatw terrace. The room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again. "

The online downside was the shuttle bus being shared by multiple hotels meaning these were very busy coming home but this is not a reflection of the hotel. "

"The hotel is located in a very nice area of Paris and 300 feet from a Metro stop, which was very convenient. We walked to the Place de Vosges in 5 minutes and Notre Dame Cathedral in 20 minutes. The staff was very helpful, especially Tim at the front desk. We found our room to be small for a "Classic Double" (it seemed smaller than the online photo) but the bed was quite comfortable and the bathroom/shower was excellent. Skipped in the expensive in-hotel breakfast to take advantage of two excellent bakeries less than a block away from the hotel."
