"There were massive potholes when we first pulled into the parking lot and that should’ve been my first sign not to stay there. They only gave us one key card for two people. Someone tried to get into our room twice the one night we were there so we only slept a couple hours throughout the night. The wifi connected but didn’t have service. There wasn’t even an elevator to get to our room, we had to use the stairs. The breakfast didn’t have anything to drink other than hot water and coffee so we had to stop at a gas station after we checked out just to get some juice. I woke up with two big red bumps on my face that looked like bug bites. This place was horrible and I won’t be back. "

"The condition of the property was unacceptable, and we chose not to stay as a result. Despite this, our request for a refund was denied at the time, although we were told a refund for the second night might be considered. "There was a power issue. Had to shower in the dark because the lights didnt work in bathroom. No breakfast because of the power issue. No comps offered for inconvenience."

"The room floor was uneven and a deep dangerous slope, there was no shower curtain in the room. The TV only got a few channels, and when I called to inquired that they did say they were making updates. The staff was pleasant and professional, parking was easy and they had a lot of restaurants and stores around that location."

"Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast (free) was OK."
