โEveryone was very nice and professional. They made sure everything, policy wise was clear from the beginning. They were ready to help with any problems or questions. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was a welcome treat in the summer heat. I've seen some reviews complain about the ac in the room, but once we ran ours and gave it a bit to fill the room it was perfect. Honestly can't figure out why this place has low reviews. My family loved it.โ
โIt was moldy, dirty, broken cabinets, holes in carpet, smelly. The breakfast area was discussing. Microwave was gross, a gallon of milk was on the counter, warm, which everyone touches that handle. Coffee was cold. One yougart. Toast and bagels almost empty. No waffle mix and the entire counters were dirty. Trash can was full. No attendant around. This was only 7:45. Shampoos etc. were half used I actually would like a refund for the two rooms I rented. The health department would probably...
โThe ladies at the front desk were super sweet and friendly. Helped me with no issues and every-time they seen me asked if everything was okay or if I needed anything their customer service was fantastic. Will stay again very soon. โ
