I travel for work and stay in a lot of cheap hotels. I don't expect them to be fancy or nice. I don't like leaving bad reviews because these are small business owners. But this one... Saw roaches. Had bed bug bites. Floor hasn't been cleaned in months. Property is well past 'run down.' Another room behind me was playing video games (loud explosions) until 4:30 am. Hot water took five minutes to come on, had to call Expedia to figure that out. Heater was broken. No blankets. Owner needs to actually take care of this business and make these rooms livable.

The employee at the front desk was very nice and hospitable . Its close to the lake and good restaurants . So for the price it was a bit unkept as expected just could use a bit more fixing up and cleaning . Other than that cheap motel close to great fishing .

Room was clean ..new TV..furniture maybe a bit dated but in decent shape..there was an old mattress and some furniture by the outside stairs. Odd thing was no trash can in the room! Service was great though and friendly! Close to restaurants. Be aware its a 2 story building and there is no elevator!

This property was very conveniently located and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was greeted using my first name every morning and evening. I was house hunting in the area and they would check on my progress. I felt safe it was quiet and pleasant.
