“We had a wonderful week. The staff were, without exception, always cheerful very helpful and obliging. The spa area was fantastic, I had a lovely massage! The location of the hotel is second to none - the bus station just around the corner. Unfortunately the price of drinks and food in the hotel was prohibitive even dearer than other restaurants in St Helier.”

Das Hotel ist selbst ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, aber es ist alles sehr sauber und das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich. “We think that this is a really nice hotel. The food in the bar was excellent. It’s in a good location for exploring St Helier and beyond. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We had great room with lots of windows which was great but we stayed during a very hot spell of weather. The fan in the room was totally inadequate, we did ask for and were given another fan. From talking to another guest we became aware that there is a sister hotel with shared facilities. It would have been good to...

“The room was clean, the staff were very friendly. It was hot outside so the air conditioning was very welcome. The breakfast was excellent. The only thing to be aware of is that if you have a car the Pomme D'Or does not have its own car park. You have to use the car park of a sister hotel which is a 16 minute walk away.”
